Tonight's Dinner

Doing a little slow cooking this evening for my two ailing teenagers (yes, Sam is feeling poorly too).

Thanks to Harris Teeter for the free roasing pan, Glenn Reynolds for the recipe, and Frank Perdue for the chicken.

It should be ready in about an hour now . . . mmmmm.

Bonus points to anyone who can identify the book in the upper left of the photo . . .

One part of the picture looks like something that would be good for someone, something appetizing. Another part of the picture looks like something that would make one lose their lunch.

Actually, my copy is right here on my computer desk.

Funny, I just blogged about grocery stores and I also have a link to Harris Teeter today. I didn't get a roaster, though. :-( Not fair.
