Doing a little slow cooking this evening for my two ailing teenagers (yes, Sam is feeling poorly too).
Thanks to Harris Teeter for the free roasing pan, Glenn Reynolds for the recipe, and Frank Perdue for the chicken.
It should be ready in about an hour now . . . mmmmm.
Bonus points to anyone who can identify the book in the upper left of the photo . . .

Lots! Come on by. And Potato Stew gets an extra helping for correctly identifying the book.
One part of the picture looks like something that would be good for someone, something appetizing. Another part of the picture looks like something that would make one lose their lunch.
