Wow - Just yesterday I was waiting for a PR flack to emerge from First Horizon Field and wondering what was going to happen to North State Chevrolet.
Even stranger - I work in a bustling newsroom, was vaguely aware there was a press conference today but only after surfing the blogosphere over some after-dinner coffee did I learn the most interesting news of the day.

Looks like a good plan. The City gives $10 million to the developers. The tax payers pay back the $10 million.
